By registering and playing Rat Trails, you are agreeing to follow all rules mentioned below.
If you are disagreeing with any rules, please do not join.
Please review these Terms often.

Each member is allowed to have two accounts. This includes knowing the information such as the username and password. If at any time a member is found with more than two accounts, all accounts can/will be frozen.
If multiple people from the same household wish to play RT, it is best to advise the admins (accounts #1, #2 & #3) that your family member will be joining. Please note though, if said relative/partner leaves the sites or becomes inactive, you are not entitled to their funds/credits. In the event of people using these accounts for personal gain, they will be considered part of your account limit.
Non-activated accounts are subject to deletion after 72hrs.
In the event of you changing accounts, please note that your fine history will move over to your new account with you. You can not avoid or divert your fine history.
Rat Trails reserves the right to shut down, may it be temporary or permanent at any time for any reason.
Nothing on this site is real. It was created for the sole purpose of entertainment.
Rat Trails has been created for players 13 years or older.If you are younger then 13 you will need parental consent/permission to play it.
Anything deemed inappropriate (such as sexual content, profanity, harrassment, slander, racism etc) by Rat Trails Staff will result in a warning.
The sale of Rat Trails items, currency, accounts etc. for real life money is strictly prohibited. If caught all accounts participating will be immediately frozen.
Shared accounts are done so at your own risk. If you decide to share accounts Rat Trails will not be able to recover stolen items, currency etc. Please note, a shared account is included in your max allowed accounts.
The maximum allowed tag size is 150x150 pixels.
All images, coding and text are owned by Rat Trails. You may not edit, reuse, reproduce or claim any of this as your own.
Please respect staff and fellow players. Any intentional disrespect/rudeness will be punished. Moderators are here to help me control the site and to keep this a safe and fun place.They are enforcing the rules so therefore listen to them. If you are unsure if someone is a moderator feel free to look at a player's profile. It will state there if somebody is a Moderator or not.
External scripts of any kind are prohibited, this includes auto refreshers.
Maximum Image Size that you can use as your Rats Picture is 300x300 pixels. No copyrighted Images are allowed. If a copyrighted Image is found on your Rats Page it can result in a warning if it isn't removed.
By donating money to Rat Trails (Paypal/Snailmail) you are agreeing that this money is yours and that you have permission to send it. No refunds under any circumstances. If you donate via Paypal and then do a chargeback your account will be frozen immediately.
If you find a bug, report it. Anybody caught abusing a bug to their advantage will be immediately frozen.
Please never ever give out your personal information, such as your Name, Address, Phone Number, Login and/or Password. Rat Trails staff will never ask you for your login and/or password. Please report anybody asking for this info immediately to the Mods.
You agree to allow Rat Trails to collect your IP address and time of login. You agree to allow Rat Trails to place cookies in your computer. This is so that we can make your game experience a better one.
Rat Trails and Fay-sim have identical Terms and Conditions as these sites are sister sites.
